We are the producer of all our products we sell. Our products are manufactured in our own atelier with the best artisans in the marble industry.

Who is Aurora Marble?

Aurora Marble is a family-founded company built on over 30 years of experience in the marble industry.


Our journey began with traditional marble mosaic art, and over the years, evolved into full-scale furniture production and international export.


As part of our family expanded into Sweden, we gained deep insight into Swedish standards of quality, design, and durability. This cross-cultural experience gave rise to Aurora Marble — a brand that brings together the best of both worlds.


We combine Turkey’s rich marble resources and generations of artisanal craftsmanship with Sweden’s high expectations for precision and longevity — to deliver timeless marble pieces that elevate your living space.

Where do you manufacture your products?

All Aurora Marble pieces are handcrafted in Afyonkarahisar, Turkey — one of the world’s most important marble regions that has been supplying raw materials and end products to whole world for centruies.

Why do you manufacture in Turkey?

Afyon is home to a quarter of Turkey’s total marble reserves, and Turkey itself is the world’s biggest marble exporter. But what truly sets Afyon apart is that it's a home to generations of artisans who have worked with marble their entire lives.


Here, marble craftsmanship is passed down through generations. Our artisans aren’t just usual skilled workers — they’re masters of their craft, blending centuries of tradition with precision and care.

Do you ship to ...?

Yes! We ship our products to whole world, including where you live.

How much shipping costs?

Aurora Marble offers free shipping on all your orders regardless the destination and order amount!

What are the delivery times for your products?

We offer two types of availability:

  • Ready to Ship: These items are in stock and usually delivered within 1–3 weeks.
  • Made to Order: These are crafted specifically for you, with an estimated delivery time of 2–8 weeks.

We begin production as early as the next working day after your order is placed.
The wide delivery window exists because international shipping and customs procedures can vary depending on the destination.

In the best-case scenario, your order may arrive within just 2 weeks. However, in more complex cases involving customs inspections or carrier delays, the process may take up to 8 weeks. These are factors beyond our control, but rest assured — we always manufacture and ship in the quickest timeframe realistically possible while maintaining our high standards.

Who is your shipping carrier?

We ship our orders with FedEx, DHL and TNT depending on the order destination and waiting times they offer.

What is delivery guarantee?

Delivery guarantee means that we are confident about delivering in the promised timeframe and if we fail to do so, we will pay compensation to you in accordance with our shipping policy.

Do I need to pay custom duties?

Our customers in EU does not need to pay any import tax or customs duties.

However, every Country has different customs regulations and our customer shopping outside the EU must check with their local customs authorities if they need to pay possible taxes and duties for their purchases from us.

How do I track my order?

You will receive an email from us with the tracking number and delivery instructions after the carrier provides us a tracking number. Once you have the tracking number, you can check delivery status on the carrier's website.

What payment methods do you offer?

We offer the following payment methods ;

Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, UnionPay

Digital Wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay

Klarna: Available for Swedish customers.

If the payment method you need is not listed there, you are welcome to contact us to discuss if we can offer just that payment method you need.

Can I cancel my order?

Have you ordered the wrong products or ordered mistakenly? Don't worry! You are always entitled to receive a full amount for the cancellations made within 3 hours.

How are refunds handled?

Refunds are handled within 14 workdays after we received the returned product. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more information.

I placed my order, what's next?

Shortly after placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with all relevant details.

If your item is listed as “Ready to Ship,” it will be handed over to our shipping partner as soon as the following business day. For made-to-order pieces, production begins the next working day after your purchase.

Once your item is ready, it will be carefully and securely packaged to ensure it arrives without damage. When the shipping carrier registers your parcel in their system, we will receive a tracking number, which will be sent to you via “Delivery Information” mail. This email will also include detailed delivery instructions.

Your order will be delivered to your building’s outside door.
